Melanie Schlaginhaufen, a professional dog trainer with thirty years experience, has specialized in canine behavioral problems for the past several years.  She has given numerous presentations and workshops for dog clubs, veterinarian clinics, local rescue groups, and pet supply stores.  She is a member of the National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors and continues her education by attending seminars in canine behavior and assessment, canine aggression, competition and companion obedience, as well as other related topics.  Melanie has been a published writer since 1980 and a regular columnist for Hoflin Publishing.   To learn more, go to:  http://www.knowingdogs.com
